Aadu Peki Voka Triathlon

GUIDE

1. Order and time

Main organizer: Toila Sports and Culture Center

Voka Triathlon will take place on Saturday, August 1, 2026. with the competition center at the Voka stadium, Voka, Jõhvi municipality, Ida-Virumaa.

 

2. Competition program, track, start and finish

The competition center is located at Voka Stadium.

Võistluse programm:​

13.30 – Children’s duathlon (400m run, 800m bike, 400m run)

14.00 – Children’s triathlon (50m swim, 800m bike, 400m run)

15.00 – Main competition (500m swim, 20km bike, 6km run)

18.30 – Award ceremony

19.00 – Voka Tiigifestival

From 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the recreation area by the Voka pond is open, with many different games and activities for both adults and children.

​Põhivõistluse start antakse Voka staadionilt.

  • Start from the stadium, under the starting arch.

  • Calypso is allowed.

  • Getting on the bike after the timing mat.

  • Cycling along the asphalt, running along the tartan (Stadium section)

  • The participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the traffic controllers to ensure safety.

  • Wearing a helmet is mandatory during the cycling distance.

  • Windsurfing is allowed!

  • NB! Traffic is open!

 

The running and cycling track runs 100% along the asphalt.

 

3. Participants

Participation in the Voka Triathlon is at your own risk. Everyone in 2010 can participate. and those born earlier who are sufficiently trained to cover the given distance. In exceptional cases, younger participants are also allowed on the track with the written permission and responsibility of a parent.

NB! 130 participants are admitted to the competition (100 individuals, 10 teams)

 

4. Age classes

Children’s triathlon – born in 2011 and later

Children’s duathlon – born in 2011 and later

P/T (born in 2007 and later),

M/N (1987-2006),

M40/N40 (1977-1986),

M50/N50 (born 1976 and earlier).

Team competition: three members, one competitor in each stage.

Registration takes place via the registration link, there is NO on-site registration!*

7. Rewarding

​Autasustamine toimub 18.30 Voka Tiigifestivali laval.​

The top three in all age groups will be awarded (except children’s duathlon).

8. Protests

All protests regarding competition results, violations of regulations must be submitted within 15 minutes after the announcement of the preliminary results. The protest fee is 50 EUR, which is returned only if the protest is satisfied. All protests related to the competitions are resolved by the competition jury, which includes the manager of the competitions, the track master and the chief judge. Cases not covered in the manual are resolved by the organizing committee on an ongoing basis.

9. General information

Participants are provided with a marked track, bib number, timing, result in the final report, service at catering points, participation medal, first aid at the competition center.
