IVSL national sports games – chess tournament, speed chess

The Ida-Virumaa Sports Association is starting a series of national sports games!

This year, everyone interested has the opportunity to participate in various competitions: chess, petanque, volleyball, football, disc golf, table tennis and indoor hockey.

Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of previous experience or skill level!

Competitions take place in two age groups:
18-49 years of age
50+ years of life

Collectives of municipalities, companies and various institutions and groups of friends are welcome – put together a team and have a sporty time with friends!

Currently planned competitions:

31 May 2026 at 12:00 – petanque (outdoors), Kohtla-Järve (Järveküla tee 44, on the petanque court behind the old sports building)
30 June 2026 – table tennis, Jõhvi
25 July 2026 – football, Sillamäe
August 29, 2026 – volleyball, Alutaguse
September 26, 2026 – basketball, Lýganus parish
31 October 2026 – disc golf, Kohtla-Järve
November 28, 2026 – petanque (in the hall), Jõhvi municipality
December 19, 2026 – indoor hockey, Narva-Jõesuu

The best 7 results of each team in different fields are taken into account in the competition season summary.

The first competition will take place already on 26.04.2026!
