A lively dialogue
We invite you to a meeting with actor Aleksandr Kuchmezov on April 10 as part of the “Living dialogue” section.
Aleksandr Kuchmezov is an actor who works at the Südalinna Theater (former Russian Theater), a graduate of the Moscow Art Theater School-Studio (MKAT) and the author of various creative and media projects. He has also been involved in television and radio work, including live broadcasts, and has been involved in teaching.
Aleksandr was born and raised in Narva — a city that has remained an important inner starting point and place of thought for him.
At the meeting, Aleksandr shares his personal and professional experience, talking about the actor’s path and inner processes that often remain invisible. The conversation touches on topics such as self-searching, doubts and choices, the limits of a role and a person, as well as the question of how to remain honest – both on stage and in life.
This is not a lecture or meeting with ready answers, but an open dialogue with room for questions, thoughts and honest discussion. Sometimes a person reaches a point where it is no longer possible to live “according to the role” – neither on stage nor in life. Maybe that’s where the real conversation starts.
The focus is not only on the theater, but on a person in different roles: an artist, a father, a teacher, a person whose daily life includes both creation and very mundane things — children, responsibility, care and life outside the stage.
Entrance is free.
Photo and video recording will take place at the event.
