New challenges in Europe: artificial intelligence and information wars

The focus of the conversation with the audience is the rapid changes in the modern information environment, the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on the media, the spread of disinformation and the role of media literacy in everyday life. We will talk about how algorithms and neural networks are changing the ways of creating and consuming news, the dangers of fake news, deepfakes and information manipulation, how to recognize propaganda and control information sources. How information wars affect European society, security and democratic processes is also discussed separately.
