Men’s health information day of Jõhvi municipality

At the beginning of the information day, you can undergo a free body composition analysis conducted by the Corrigo Health Center and get explanations about the results from a physiotherapist.

Teele Tiidt, a renowned nutritionist, will give an inspiring presentation on nutrition. You can also listen to a motivating lifestyle change experience story, and at the end of the day we will do an active health round with a sports leader.

Put on comfortable clothes!

At the end of the health round, we will draw three Synlab men’s health check gift cards (one worth €127!)
