Brunch is a late breakfast enjoyed instead of both breakfast and lunch.
Buffet-style brunch begins at 12:00 at Saka Mõis.

Seats for this exclusive Mother’s Day lunch are limited.

The Mother’s Day brunch menu features only the finest flavours:

• Classic potato salad

• Seafood salad with green vegetables and ceviche dressing

• Caesar salad with grilled chicken fillet and aged cheese

• Butternut squash hummus with baguette/ciabatta

• Crispy shrimp with ceviche dressing

• Spring rolls with duck and vegetables

• Pork galantine with chanterelles

• Lightly smoked trout fillet with Café de Paris butter

• Chicken thigh with chanterelle sauce

• Oven-roasted potatoes with seasonal herbs

• Stewed vegetables with chickpeas

• Raspberry Britta cake

• Coffee, tea, flavoured water, bread roll

And of course, a glass of Prosecco for all mothers from Saka Mõis,
and lemonade for the children.
