Narva Days
From June 5–7, 2026, Narva will host the traditional Narva Days – one of the region’s most anticipated cultural events, bringing together both city residents and visitors. Over the course of three days, visitors can enjoy a diverse program: concerts, sporting events, a parade, a cultural festival, and activities for the whole family. All events are free of charge.
The festivities begin on Friday, June 5. At 5:30 p.m., the music and dance evening “Waltz of Youth and Love” will take place in the Dark Garden (Pimeaed), featuring a wind orchestra, folk culture groups, and an accordion ensemble.
At 7:00 p.m., the traditional mile run will take place on Town Hall Square.
Saturday, June 6, is the central and most lively day of Narva Days. In the morning, the Narva City Run will start in the Joaorg area: the program includes a half-marathon, the Limpa children’s run, and a 5 km recreational run and walk.
At 2:30 p.m., a festive parade will begin along the route from Peetri Square (Peetri plats) to Pushkin Street (Puškini tänav) to EV100 Park.
Starting at 3:00 p.m., the official opening of Narva Days and a major concert program will take place in EV100 Park, lasting until 10:00 p.m. Creative groups from Narva will take the stage, the city’s cultural figures will be honored, and in the evening, well-known artists Grete Paia and Haddaway will perform. The park will feature trampolines, workshops, and various activities for both children and adults.
On Sunday, June 7, the program continues with the Narva Culture Festival on the grounds of the Rugodiv Cultural Center, where a diverse entertainment and concert program will be offered throughout the day.
On the same day, the traditional soapbox derby races will take place on Raja Street (Raja tänav) – a creative and engaging event for participants and spectators of all ages.
Narva Days is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with family and friends, enjoy cultural experiences, and soak up the festive summer atmosphere in Narva.
