Psychologist Mikhail Labkovski’s lecture (in Russian)
Well-known psychologist Mihhail Labkovski will give a lecture in Narva on April 6 at the Narva Town Hall (Town Hall) (Town Hall Square 1, Narva)
What is needed for true happiness?
Some think that to get married successfully.
Others are determined to make their first million.
Still others argue that happiness lies in motherhood.
… but if you do not fulfill yourself professionally, at the end of the day you are still at a broken trough, is the opinion of the fourth.
Everyone is right and yet some of them are.
The point is that everything is individual, and the recipe for happiness is actually very simple. Write it down!
In order to be happy, you need to do what you want, what brings you joy and pleasure.
From there, however, it is difficult, because many simply do not know what they really want and do not know how to separate their sincere wishes from what is "reputable" and "correct", which is determined by society. Even when they find out what they want, for some reason people don't tend to pursue their dream because "It's too late to start something already", "What will the neighbors say?" And in general: "Mikhail, is it even possible to be happy now, in such a difficult time?"
I am sure that not only can, but also must, and each of you can do it – to change your life once and forever, of course, for the better.
We will talk about how to do this at the public consultation "The Big Conversation on Happiness", which is taking place Narva 6. April at 19:00 Narva Town Hall (Town Hall),
Town hall square 1, Narva
Come if you:
– You have never felt happy, or you have forgotten what it feels like.
– You have no idea what can make you happy.
– On the contrary, you are convinced that you know what you need for happiness (a career, a car, an enviable fiance, moving to another country – tick what you need), but you cannot get it in any way.
– You are still waiting for that moment or event to arrive, after which you will finally be happy and not able to enjoy the here and now.
