XXIII Ida-Virumaa Open Swimming Championships 2026

GENERAL REGULATIONS

THE ORGANIZER

Ida-Virumaa Sports Association and Aktiiv Swimming Club.

DATE AND TIME

April 11, 2026, warm-up swim 10.15, start 11.00.

PLACE

Kohtla-Järve Wiru Sports Center, Järveküla tee 41.

PARTICIPANTS

Narva, Sillamäe, Jõhvi and Kohtla-Järve clubs and other clubs by invitation.

PARTICIPATION FEE

The participation fee is €15. Clubs will be invoiced after the competitions according to the number of starts, which is fixed by the withdrawal deadline

finally.

ASSIGNMENTS

Registration of competitors takes place in the Swimrankings environment until 04/07/2026 at 23:59. A participation fee of €25 per start applies for late assignments. Each participant can start in a maximum of three individual areas.

DEDUCTIONS

Please send the takedowns of the competitors to the e-mail address ukaktiiv.voistlused@gmail.com no later than 08.04.2026 at 19:59.

REWARDING

The top three boys and girls in each age group in each event will be awarded a medal. Best boys and girls in every age group

A special prize will be awarded based on WA points. The medal and award can only be received at the time specified for the respective award.

RULES

Competitions are held under World Aquatics rules. Competitions are individual.

SWIM

25m indoor pool, 25m lanes, 10 lanes, water depth 1.6-2.3m and water temperature 27.3°C.

TIME TAKING

Fully electronic Swiss Timing timing system.

AGE CLASSES

Men 2000 – 2009 and 2010 – 2016

Women 2000 – 2010 and 2011 – 2016

PROTESTS

The protest is submitted in writing on the form received from the organizer no later than 15 minutes after the end of the area. With the protest, you have to pay €50 in cash for each protest, the amount will be returned if the protest is satisfied
