New Narva Visitor Bonus programme
Since 6 August 2026, a new campaign — Narva Visitor Bonus — has been running in Narva, making your stay, leisure time and experiences in the city even more enjoyable and rewarding. Both visitors to Narva and local residents can take advantage of special offers — all you need to do is meet the conditions for receiving one of the bonus vouchers.
The campaign brings together hotels, restaurants, cafés, shopping centres, tourist attractions and other partners from the hospitality sector.
Visiting attractions, staying at a hotel or shopping can unlock additional benefits, including discounts at restaurants and cafés, complimentary drinks and desserts, special rates for SPA and swimming pool visits, bicycle rental and other bonuses.
The idea behind Narva Visitor Bonus is simple: discover new places in Narva and get more out of your time in the city. Four types of vouchers are available as part of the campaign. The voucher you receive depends on the service you choose or the place where it is issued.
- Grey voucher
Issued when purchasing a ticket for the virtual tour of Old Narva at Narva Town Hall, a guided tour of the Town Hall, or a visit to the casemates of Victoria Bastion. The bonuses can be used on the day you visit the tourist attraction. - Orange voucher
Issued to guests of Narva Hotel and Inger Hotel who book a stay of at least one night. One voucher is issued per hotel room and is valid for the respective weekend — Saturday and Sunday. Inger Hotel has prepared an especially attractive offer: when booking one night, the second night is free. It is a great opportunity to spend an entire weekend in Narva, explore the city at a relaxed pace and take advantage of other Narva Visitor Bonus offers. - Red voucher
Available from the information desks at Astri and Fama shopping centres upon presentation of one or more receipts with a total value of at least €75. The bonuses can be used on the day the voucher is issued. - Blue voucher
Intended for organised groups of 5–15 people visiting the virtual tour of Old Narva at Narva Town Hall, taking a guided tour of the Town Hall, or visiting the casemates of Victoria Bastion. The voucher is valid on the day it is issued.
Using Narva Visitor Bonus offers is easy:
- Meet the conditions for receiving the relevant voucher.
- Choose one or more campaign partners and visit them while your voucher is valid.
- Present the relevant detachable coupon before making your payment.
- Receive the specified discount or bonus.
- The used coupon remains with the campaign partner.
Please pay attention to the validity period, as most bonuses must be used on the day the voucher is issued or on the day you visit the tourist attraction. The Orange voucher for guests of participating hotels is valid for the respective weekend.
