Arena Youth Swimming Series

Access to the swimming pool is at 10:45.

PARTICIPANTS AND AGE GROUPS Athletes with an EUL license who belong to the relevant age group as of December 31, 2026 can participate. The competition starts with faster exchanges, all ages together. T -14 and P-14 (year of birth 2012) T-13 and P 13 (year of birth 2013) T-12 and P-12 (year of birth 2014) ASSIGNMENTS Pre-registration ends 5 days before the stage at 23.59. Submission to competitions is done in Swimranking. Participating clubs will be sent the lists of their participants 3 days before the competition. Late submissions are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the races with 1.5x the entry fee. Swimmers and areas can be taken down up to 24 hours before the start of the competition, after which lists of participants in the areas will be sent to all clubs. The start protocol will be sent no later than the evening before the race day at 19:00. Cancellations should be sent to swimming@swimming.ee. STARTING FEE The starting fee is €9. Payment is made on the basis of the invoice submitted by the Estonian Swimming Association. PROTESTS must be submitted in writing on the form received from the organizer, no later than 30 minutes after the end of the area. Together with the filing of the protest, 50 € in cash must be paid for each protest, which will be returned if the protest is satisfied. AWARDS The three fastest swimmers in each age group in each event (including relay) will be awarded with a medal. In stages I, II and IV, the awarding takes place during the starts immediately after the end of the area. In stage III, the awards will take place according to the instructions for stage III. OTHER INFORMATION The organization of the competition is based on the World Aquatics competition regulations and EUL General Guidelines. Questions not covered in the instructions will be resolved by the referee of the competition. Accommodation and travel costs are borne by the sending organization. Participation in the competition is at the swimmer's own risk. The organizer has the right to use photos and video recordings taken during the competition.
