“Live dialogue”: Dmitri Shutov visited

How do today’s technologies help preserve the past? What is a digital twin and how can the surrounding world be captured in 3D?

Kultuurimaja Rugodiv invites you to a meeting with Dmitri Šutov – one of the leaders of the search and home history club “Cameras”, the founder of the 3D learning studio 3Wave and the owner of the geodesy company Infraekspert OÜ.

We will talk about 3D scanning, photogrammetry, drone photography and their possibilities in the study and preservation of history and cultural heritage. We also talk about how to get children and young people interested in technology — from 3D modeling and printing to artificial intelligence.

Dmitri also participates in several music projects. Let’s find out how technology, interest in history and musical creation come together in his life.
