Märt Avand’s stand-up “45”
45-year-old man, parent, ex-husband, addict, defense ally, money fool, tech geek…
When Märt made his first stand-up program “40” at the age of 40 and successfully toured with its honest and personal material all over Estonia (and for a while also abroad), he thought that he could try again at the age of 50. But here we are now: Märt Avand’s stand-up “45” is a fact.
It’s actually surprising how much can happen in five years. Even if, in your opinion, you have experienced everything, seen everything and would like to think that you are a reasonable person. You would have thought that everything inside and around you would become more and more peaceful. It doesn’t work.
But fortunately, the desire to look at life with humor has not disappeared anywhere. And analyze your vices, worries and mistakes completely honestly. Because if there’s anything worth laughing at, it’s yourself.
