Men’s health information day

Dear MAN!

We invite you to participate in Jõhvi municipality’s men’s health information day, which will take place on International Men’s Day on November 19, starting at 5:30 PM in the Toila SPA Conference Hall.

This time we are talking about sleep and sleep disorders. The renowned sleep doctor and psychiatrist Dr. Tuuliki Hion will give an exciting presentation. The meeting offers an opportunity to discuss together, ask questions and get answers to the topics that interest you the most in terms of sleep and good sleep quality.

At the end of the day, we will draw Synlab men’s health check-up gift cards (value €127) among the participants!
