As part of Narva’s programme as Estonia’s Autumn Capital, the youth community event “NoorteFest” will take place on 19 September 2026.

We invite young people in Narva to spend an exciting day filled with free and inclusive activities, music, culture, sports, creativity and entertainment! 🎶🎨⚽

🤝 We are bringing young people together in the city space to spend time together, make new friends and enjoy a positive and safe environment. The event puts young people’s initiative, great ideas and the opportunity to get actively involved at the centre of the day! 💡
