Narva Jazz Club: Rooftop Concert – Karmen Rõivassepp & Andre Maaker

Narva Jazz Club’s second rooftop concert in July brings two outstanding musicians to the rooftop of the University of Tartu Narva College: singer Karmen Rõivassepp and guitarist Andre Maaker.

Karmen Rõivassepp is an internationally recognized jazz musician whose pure and sensitive voice has captivated audiences both in Estonia and abroad. Her music combines vocal mastery, subtle sensitivity, and a natural stage presence.

Andre Maaker’s guitar playing weaves together influences from folk, jazz, and classical music. His sound is warm, expansive, and deeply felt – music that creates space for silence, melody, and improvisation.

Rõivassepp and Maaker’s duet is a warm and exciting dialogue that features both the freedom of improvisation and beautiful melodies. The program includes jazz classics, Brazilian rhythms, and original compositions – ranging from virtuoso ensemble playing to quiet moments and crisp Nordic sounds.

The audience is invited to a summer rooftop concert in the heart of Narva – where music, the city, and the evening light come together as one.
