National Minorities Day concert
On September 24 at 6:00 p.m., we are waiting for everyone at the Kohtla-Järve Cultural Center, where the National Minorities Day concert will take place!
On September 24, Estonia celebrates the Day of Nationalities, or the Day of National Minorities – a day that values the culture, traditions and their contribution to Estonian society of the different nationalities living here.
The Russian Cultural Society "Nadezhda", operating in Narva, whose history dates back to 1984, will present a festive concert program to the Kohtla-Järve audience. The society is united by love for music, dance, culture and an active lifestyle.
Performers on stage:
Academic mixed choir "Nadežda", which celebrates its 20th year of activity this year. Different musical styles meet in the choir's repertoire. Conductor Natalya Podolskaya, concertmaster Tatyana Nikonova.
Dance collective "Nadežda", which is already celebrating 18 years of creative activity. Supervisor Natalja Klunduk. Colorful and temperamental dances are expected – among them the beautiful Estonian waltz and the audience's favorite Russian dance "Swans".
