Open couple dance lessons for beginners: Salsa and Bachata
How about starting dancing this fall?
The autumn routine is not a reason to sit at home. We invite you to turn off your work thoughts, move physically and just have a good time in great company.
Couple dances are for everyone.
-
For couples: It's the perfect shared hobby. You get to know each other in a new way, bring a pleasant change to everyday life and simply spend more time together in the company of exciting activities. Important clarification: if you come together and don't want to change partners while training, we definitely won't separate you.
-
For those coming without a pair: The format of the lessons provides for the exchange of partners. This makes the learning process faster and more interesting, while helping to easily integrate into a new society. Coming alone is completely normal!
-
FYI for men: In salsa and bachata, the man is the leader. The dance is based on a certain logic, where the partner makes decisions and leads and the female partner follows. Studio coach Katrin explains all the mechanics from scratch: how to establish mutual contact, how to confidently lead a female partner and why you don't need innate talent for this. Dancing is a strong social skill and great for developing coordination.
What are we dancing?
-
Salsa: Energy, vibrancy and fun. A dynamic rhythm that charges with positivity. It's a great cardio workout, great music and the best way to de-stress after a busy day.
-
Bachata: Fluency and musicality. A calmer pace, where the ability to understand each other without words, comfort in a couple, and the ability to move beautifully and plastically to the rhythm of the music come first.
