"From the National Russian Drama Theater to the Südalinna Theater"

A special theater evening will take place in Narva Kultuurimaja Rugodiv, which will take the audience behind the scenes of the rich history of Estonian Russian theatre.

Since 1948, this theater has had an important place in Estonian cultural history – legendary productions have been born here, bold artistic experiments have been made, and people have worked here whose dedication has created real theater magic.

During the evening you will see rare archival footage, hear memories of today's theater stars, humorous and touching stories and learn what is usually hidden from the audience. Everyone also has the opportunity to ask questions and chat with the guests of the evening.

It will be a warm, sincere and inspiring meeting for all theater lovers.
