Narva residents’ and visitors’ feedback helps make the city more convenient and attractive

The Narva City Development and Economy Department, in cooperation with representatives of tourism businesses and organisations, has launched a new feedback system that allows residents and visitors to share their impressions, assess the quality of tourism services, and offer ideas for Narva’s further development.

The first QR-code stickers have already been installed in hotels, restaurants, cafés, museums, cultural institutions and other tourist attractions across the city, and their number will gradually increase. By scanning the QR code with a smartphone, visitors can share their impressions of Narva in just a few minutes.

The unified questionnaire allows respondents to assess the quality of service, share what they particularly enjoyed, and provide ideas and suggestions that can help make the city even more convenient and attractive.

“It is important for us to hear the opinions of both local residents and all visitors to Narva. Their impressions help us understand what is already working well and what still deserves attention. We hope that the new feedback system will become a convenient tool for maintaining an ongoing dialogue between the city, tourism businesses and their visitors,” the organisers say.

To take part in the survey, simply:

  • find a QR-code sticker at a participating tourist attraction;
  • scan the QR code;
  • complete the short questionnaire.

As a thank-you for taking part, prizes provided by the campaign partners will be raffled among respondents who leave their email address when completing the questionnaire. Contact details should only be provided by those who wish to take part in the prize draw.

The main prizes include:

  • one night for two at Mangal Hotel, including dinner at Mangal Restaurant;
  • 25% off accommodation at Inger Hotel, plus dinner for two and a pool visit;
  • breakfast for two at Oven Cafe.

The organisers encourage Narva residents and visitors to actively share their impressions and suggestions. Every piece of feedback – whether an idea, observation or positive comment – provides the city with valuable information and helps make Narva a better place both for those who live here and for its visitors.
