Dinner that combines Nordic nature, local flavors and modern manor cuisine. Nordic cuisine is born from nature and the seasons. Rye and herring, beetroot and vegetables, smoky flavors, pickled vegetables, wild berries, herbs and oats – familiar ingredients get a modern and elegant form in the kitchen of Saka Manor.

This is a kitchen where pure taste, good local ingredients and old cooking techniques are valued in a new way. Smoking, marinating and slow cooking meet modern restaurant cuisine.

"Northern flavors in Saka Manor" is not just a dinner. It is a taste journey through the Nordic nature – from the sea and the forest, from the field and the garden directly to the manor table.

Welcome drink by Saka Manor!

Welcome snacks
• Vinaigrette appetizer – matjes herring tartar, beetroot cream and egg yolk
• Smoked chicken mousse with dried fruit compote
• Mini pork belly with mustard

Dinner
• Smoked bacon-rye sandwich
Butter fried rye bread, smoked pork flank, mustard, pickled red onion, fresh pickles and garden herbs.

• Black beef cheek
Marinated beef cheek with blueberry mop sauce, potato-celery cream, roasted smoked beets, red onion and green cabbage.

• Warm plum cake
Spiced plum cake with oatmeal, salted caramel ice cream and wild berries.

LIVE MUSIC ALL EVENING

As soon as they arrive at the manor, live music sets the mood for the evening, and musical interludes also accompany the guests between dinner courses.

Cellogirls feat. Accompanied by cello and guitar, Peep Heinaste brings the listeners a musical journey from Estonia to Africa – from gentle lounge music to faster and more surprising songs.

Stay overnight after dinner!

For guests who have booked a place for dinner, we offer the opportunity to turn the tasting experience into a pleasant mini-vacation: overnight stay on the 21st-22nd. November in Hotel House or Meretorni – 15% discount.

That way, you don't have to rush anywhere after dinner – enjoy the evening, rest in Saka Manor and wake up in the morning near the sea and the bank coast.
