On 11 June 2025, the regional Hospitality Labels of Ida-Viru were presented at the Estonian Mining Museum, recognising tourism facilities that have excelled in developing visitor-friendliness and service quality.
In Narva, three tourism facilities managed by the city were awarded the label: Narva Town Hall, the Tourist Information Centre and the Victoria Bastion casemates, which over the past six months have been actively engaged in analysing visitor feedback, developing information channels, participating in training and implementing hospitality agreements in their daily work.
The Hospitality Label is an initiative of the Ida-Viru Tourism Cluster, which aims to raise the level of hospitality throughout the region. The Hospitality Label is a symbol of reliability and quality, awarded to tourist facilities that consciously work for the well-being of visitors. The label confirms that their activities are geared towards providing a positive and memorable visitor experience.
