The Jazz Time Club opened its doors in Sillamäe in 2013. The club nights take place once a month at the Sillamäe Cultural Centre and bring top artists from Estonia and elsewhere to the audience in Ida-Viru County. Jazz Time Club is a member of the Estonian Jazz Union.
