Although the new observation deck in Narva is called the "five-kroon view", it is worth a million!
The observation deck, the renovated territory of the Joaorg recreation area and the stairs between them are open to the public!
The site got its name from the Estonian 5-kroon banknote. The front side of the banknote features a portrait of Paul Keres, a famous Estonian chess player, international grandmaster and well-known chess theorist, born in Narva. On the reverse side - a view of Narva Castle, the Narva River and the Ivangorod Fortress.
