The city of Narva starts working on obtaining the “hospitality mark”

25.01.2025

Narva Town Hall, the Victoria Bastion casemates and the Tourist Information Centre have joined the Ida-Viru Tourism Cluster initiative, which aims to raise the level of hospitality across the region and provide visitors with a high quality services.

The Hospitality Label is awarded by the Ida-Viru Tourism Cluster to recognise tourist destinations that stand out for their hospitality and care. The label is a sign of reliability and quality.

Over the next six months, the level of hospitality will be actively developed by:

  • analysing and responding to feedback from visitors,
  • improving information channels in Estonian and English,
  • participating in test visits and training,
  • implementing of the principles of the hospitality agreements in day-to-day work.

In June 2025, the first hospitality labels will be awarded to recognise service providers who contribute to the well-being of their visitors.

Narva Town Hall, the Victoria Bastion casemates and the Tourist Information Centre are among the sites that will be striving to become worthy of the Hospitality Label.
